SUMMARY:Maintaining legacy applications using AI tooling
DESCRIPTION:This session will be focusing on building a working knowledge o
f available AI tooling that can help developers be more productive in thei
r day-to-day work\, with a focus on existing applications and their evolut
ion (including old applications). We&#39\;ll be talking about techniques a
nd methods to refactor and update your applications\, while keeping things
manageable\, readable and to the level of code quality that is expected f
rom an enterprise application.We&#39\;ll also be discussing the MCP protoc
ol and how it can be used in order to supercharge your developer tooling e
ven further. We&#39\;ll be exploring how to use existing resources in orde
r to e.g. obtain better information for your design\, code implementation\
, API endpoints\, etc. Then we&#39\;ll also explore what it takes to build
one of these servers in case you need to offer an MCP server to the rest
of your colleagues. All of these topics will be introduced through short pr
esentations\, then participants will have the option of working on illustr
ative examples on their own.\nSpeakers: Cristian Schuszter\nTrack: Develop
